Anthony Albanese’s Saturday night just got better and better. He started it by watching his beloved South Sydney Rabbitohs play at Homebush in Sydney’s west until half-time. By the time his NRL team had beaten Manly in a golden point thriller, the prime minister had travelled across Sydney to celebrate a more comprehensive victory for the NSW Labor team.
Peter Dutton’s night, by contrast, started badly and just got worse.
