Mango farmer on the rotten end of skills shortages

For Northern Territory mango farmer Leo Skliros, the worker shortage is literally rotten news.

Mr Skliros has managed to find about 80 pickers for his Berry Springs farm, but expects some of them to get poached as the mango-picking season takes off over the next month or so.
