The lobbying firm run by Liberal Party powerbroker Michael Photios will be expanded with the addition of Labor shareholders as it attempts to become the country’s largest bipartisan government relations business.

Mr Photios, a former NSW government minister, remains influential in Liberal Party politics, particularly in its moderate wing.
