Labor faces tough negotiations with teal crossbenchers if there is a hung parliament after the election, with Warringah MP Zali Steggall warning trust has been badly broken over changes to political donation laws.
Ms Steggall confronted the architect of the new laws, Special Minister of State Don Farrell, while he was holding a press conference at Parliament House on Thursday morning.
