Former deputy speaker Don Nardella has quit the Victorian Labor caucus after refusing to repay money he claimed for a second residence.
The expenses scandal has plagued the Andrews government over the last fortnight and, as parliament resumed on Tuesday, Labor powerbroker Gavin Jennings said Premier Daniel Andrews had asked Mr Nardella to "remove" himself from the Labor caucus.
