Domestic violence services to get millions of dollars in funding boost
Anthony Albanese and the state premiers are expected to announce millions of dollars in new spending to combat domestic violence, including for frontline help services, tracking high-risk perpetrators and help for younger victims.
Following a damning rapid review of government policy settings, Friday’s national cabinet talks in Canberra will focus on dealing with big gaps exploited by abusers, including for children facing violence in the home.
