COVID-19 wage cuts may be headache for employers

Employers who temporarily reduced the wages of high income earners because of the coronavirus could find themselves in the Fair Work Commission if they subsequently terminate the person's employment.
And lawyers say more former employees are turning to end-of-employment dispute mechanisms during the pandemic.
