COVID-19, then floods: battered Brisbane voters mull change

Voters in the inner-city seat of Brisbane have had a rough couple of years, first hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic and then last month’s floods that inundated suburbs across the electorate.

When Scott Morrison baulked at extra flood recovery funding to Queensland this month, Brisbane MP Trevor Evans made sure the PM reconsidered his position.
