Coalition demands means-testing on parental leave super payments
Labor must exclude workers with big retirement savings balances from its proposal to pay superannuation on taxpayer-funded parental leave, the Coalition says.
Offering only conditional support for a plan to pay eligible parents superannuation contributions of 12 per cent on top of their government parental leave, deputy Liberal leader Sussan Ley said the plan must be well targeted to those who need it.
