Holgate delivers Morrison government legal ultimatum

Delivering the ultimatum in a legal statement as a Senate committee continued hearings on the Cartier watches saga, the former chief executive demanded Communications Minister Paul Fletcher and Finance Minister Simon Birmingham agree to talks “in order to avoid time-consuming and costly litigation for all parties”.
