Anthony Albanese’s campaign is starting to look a bit like Bill Shorten’s 2019 crusade – with one key difference.
While Shorten took plenty of worthy measures to that election, including a pledge to outspend the Coalition on health by billions, including a $2.3 billion cancer package and a massive boost in hospital funding, there were also accompanying policies to ensure it could all be paid for.
