Liberal senator Linda Reynolds has launched a lawsuit against her former staffer Brittany Higgins over a series of social media posts she says defamed her and also constituted a breach of contract.
The writ in the West Australian Supreme Court is the latest manoeuvre in a bitter fallout between Ms Higgins and her former employer.
