A former Liberal Party staff member accused of raping Brittany Higgins in a Parliament House office in 2019 has indicated he will plead not guilty to the charge laid against him.
Bruce Lehrmann, 26, was charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent and summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court after an investigation by ACT Police.
