The National Anti-Corruption Commission’s decision not to investigate referrals from the robo-debt royal commission will be subjected to an independent inquiry following a wave of complaints.
Gail Furness, SC, the independent inspector tasked with holding the NACC accountable, announced the inquiry in a statement on Thursday afternoon, which she said came after nearly 900 individual complaints.
