The stagnant Australian resources scene has prompted contractor Eltin Ltd to switch its expansion plans overseas and diversify away from the gold sector.
Managing director Mr Nick Bowen said yesterday the mining services group was tendering in eight foreign countries in South America and Africa to maintain its order book at its current record $1 billion mark.
