Disconnect laws will harm flexibility, productivity: AFR readers

More than a third of readers of The Australian Financial Review say they are often in contact with work outside business hours and that new “right to disconnect” laws will harm productivity.

Still, the majority of readers believe that workers have a right to switch off and to decline unreasonable after-hours calls from their bosses.
