Premier Jacinta Allan has denied a claim in a complaint lodged with Victoria’s anti-corruption commission that she and the police minister colluded to remove the state’s two most senior police officers.

Former deputy police commissioner Neil Paterson filed the complaint with the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission, alleging he and former chief commissioner Shane Patton were removed last month due to an unlawful conspiracy.
