96pc of NSW grants program spent in Coalition seats

The NSW government spent 96 per cent of a $252 million round of a grants program in Coalition-held seats before the 2019 state election, the Auditor-General has found.
The report also said it could not rule out the lack of allocation guidelines around the Stronger Communities Fund was not a “purposeful attempt to avoid transparency”.
