Accused drug smuggler's links to Plutus tax fraud

A construction developer accused of playing a key role in an international cocaine syndicate and his family have been linked to more than $4 million paid out by Plutus companies associated with Australia's largest tax fraud.

Tristan Waters, 34, was arrested in Belgrade last week with former steel businessman Rohan Arnold, 44, and David Campbell, 48, following a nine-month investigation into what Serbian media have called the "Waters' cartel".
