Australia's abundance of natural gas is a gift that belongs to all of us. Any responsible federal government therefore has to ensure that gift is being used in the national interest.

Yet under the Liberals, Australia is now the only developed nation on Earth that allows gas exporters to completely dictate the terms under which our natural gas is extracted and sold.
