Ticket holders for the Sydney cricket Test will be refunded and given a chance to repurchase tickets, as the SCG cuts crowd capacity in response to the city's coronavirus outbreak.

Residents of the northern zone of the northern beaches, along with anyone who has visited coronavirus-affected venues, will be barred.
