Melbourne construction industry restrictions unlikely to lift

Victoria’s $35 billion construction industry is to remain capped at 25 per cent capacity, with Premier Daniel Andrews declaring the proposed lifting of capacity to 50 per cent is now “highly unlikely” to occur.

Mr Andrews indicated private real estate inspections would be soon allowed, but was uncertain if this would start this Saturday, saying he wanted any easing to be “enduring.”
