Victorian construction sector threatened with closure

The Victorian government has warned that it could shut down the construction industry, which now accounts for 13 per cent of new COVID-19 cases, in an outbreak that is growing faster than that of NSW.

The state recorded an outbreak high of 473 cases on Monday and there are big ones at two Melbourne building sites, including one at Box Hill, which is now responsible for 120 cases.
