Tokyo/Washington | The invites went out weeks ago, the advance teams are in place and US president Joe Biden is already on his way.

The leaders of the United States, Japan and India are meeting in Tokyo on Tuesday in what will be one of the region’s most important foreign policy summits of the year. Australia has been invited as well, but there is a hitch.
