Arrests in NSW, WA over alleged antisemitic and Islamophobic threats

The second of two nurses at a public hospital in Sydney who allegedly threatened Jewish patients and a teen boy in Western Australia who allegedly threatened a Mosque in Sydney have been charged in unrelated incidents.

Ahmad Rashad Nadir was arrested at Sutherland Police Station at about 7.30pm on Tuesday. The 27-year-old man from Bankstown has been charged with allegedly using a carriage service to menace/harass/offend or threaten to menace, harass or cause offence, and possession of a prohibited drug.
