Almost 800 kilometres north of Adelaide, Santos and Beach Energy have brought to life a project that could change the course of emissions.
The $US220 million ($332.2 million) Moomba carbon capture and storage project in South Australia’s far north-east appears to be the best opportunity so far for the much-criticised technology to correct perceptions from within government and the community that it just doesn’t work.
