Innovation doesn’t emerge from speeches or roundtables. It grows in ecosystems – and that’s where we’re falling short.

Every budget season, the same buzzwords surface in press conferences and policy statements: productivity, innovation, growth. They’re the holy trinity of economic progress.

But while they’re often used interchangeably, they’re not the same. Treating them as such risks missing the policy levers that actually matter.
