When Prime Minister Scott Morrison swung into Bell Bay, an industrial centre and port on the Tamar River in northern Tasmania on Friday, he could have picked up a regular flat white for $5 from Coffee Devil.

Coffee Devil is a mobile coffee van based in nearby George Town. Mr Morrison did not order anything but van owner Tim Dunne sold coffees to Liberal MP Bridget Archer, as well as Tasmanian Premier Jeremy Rockliff and state energy minister Guy Barnett, who joined the PM for a hydrogen hub announcement.
