Property investor Bhavi Desai purchased her first piece of real estate back in 2020. She has since bought nine more, accumulating a $10 million portfolio spanning the country.
Her highest cash-flow property will house participants in the fast-growing National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), netting a whopping 15 per cent rental yield.
