Richard Goyder, one of Western Australia’s most senior business leaders, says he is frustrated and disappointed by Premier Mark McGowan’s decision to cancel Western Australia’s reopening, which had been planned for February 5.

As the controversial decision reverberated around the country, Mr Goyder, the chairman of Qantas, Woodside and the AFL, hit out at the WA government, querying how it can be so financially well off and yet not provide a healthcare system that can cater to its vulnerable citizens.
