Former Fair Work boss calls for IR reform consensus
The looming review of the nation’s workplace laws should be as broad as possible and involve as many stakeholders in its establishment as possible to ensure any reform lasts in the long term, says the former head of the nation’s industrial tribunal, Geoffrey Giudice.

Geoffrey Giudice was appointed president of the then Australian Industrial Relations Commission by the Howard government in 1997 and stepped down from its successor Fair Work Australia in 2012.
