Bankrupt recruitment company Hamilton James & Bruce Group (HJB) has had 10 months off the ASX boards, but is gearing up for a resurrection of sorts at the hands of some pretty interesting names.
Ironbridge partner Mike Hill was officially installed as chairman this week, and will be kept company around the boardroom table by former APN News & Media chief executive Brett Chenoweth , ex-Goldman Sachs equity capital markets banker Mike Everett and restructuring guru Michael Pollack. Then there is the advisory committee including Ironbridge founder Julian Knights, former Archer Capital deal-maker and managing director Andrew Gray , Pager Partners’ Jonathan Pager and former PBL Media-Nine Entertainment Co financier Charbel Nader.
