The prospectus for the float of Clive Palmer’s Resourcehouse in Hong Kong could be issued as early as today, the company said. Dealings in shares in the company, which has coal and iron ore resources in Queensland and Western Australia, are expected to start on June 10. The float is being managed by Bank of China, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS, and is expected to raise about $3.4 billion.
