Chris Ellison and Richard White should stand aside

MinRes and WiseTech have done the minimum necessary to buy time. The companies are offering crisis management, not good governance.

The saying, “You can run but you can’t hide” comes to mind when reading about recent scandals surrounding two high-profile ASX-listed giants, WiseTech Global and Mineral Resources. The companies are reeling from two, very different, public scandals involving their founder-CEOs and majority shareholders. Richard White, the force behind WiseTech and Chris Ellison, who built Mineral Resources, are caught in a storm of scrutiny, facing “deer in the headlights” moments.
