There is no guarantee a landmark review into Australia's climate policies due to start in a few weeks will lead to any change in the Turnbull government's Direct Action climate policies, according to federal Energy Minister Josh Frydenberg.
Despite critics saying the Coalition needs to take tougher measures to force big polluters to change their behaviour, Mr Frydenberg said Australia was well on track to meet its emission reduction targets.
