Fair Work Commission ruling 'lowers bar' for acceptable workplace conduct
The Fair Work Commission has stripped a Construction, Forestry, Mining, Energy Union official of his right of entry permit for referring to non-union workers as "f---ing dog c---s" at the Gorgon Gas LNG project.
The ruling was handed down shortly after commissioner Bernie Riordan's widely criticised decision that a CFMEU mining delegate was unfairly fired for abusing workers in part because "f---ing dog c---" was unexceptional language "across all walks of life".
