Because Malcolm Turnbull will be in the United States from Wednesday to Sunday, and Deputy Liberal leader Julie Bishop will be overseas in her capacity as Foreign Minister, the Liberal Senate leader and Finance Minister Mathias Cormann will be acting Prime Minster for five days.
