One of Western Australia’s long-standing asset managers has warned of a crazy global sharemarket bubble at the same time as lauding the state’s booming local economy.

Willy Packer, the 30-year veteran of $2.1 billion Perth-based asset manager Packer & Co, used the fund manager’s Investigator Trust June report to caution investors riding record highs in the sharemarket.
