Mining contractor Perenti Global has won more than $307 million in new work and contract extensions at Australian mining projects.

Contracts include a new eight-month contract at Evolution Mining's Cowal gold operations and a new 21-month contract at Gold Field's Wallaby operations at the Granny Smith mine in Western Australia.

The company also won work with Western Areas and Consolidated Minerals.
