White Energy Company has had discussions with PT Bayan Resources regarding PT Kaltim Supacoal and the Tabang operation. The parties were unable to reach agreement on commercial terms relating to the supply of coal by Bayan to Supacoal. White Energy has given notice to Bayan it is in breach of its obligations under the JV deed and has given Bayan seven days to rectify the breach.
