REA Group chief executive Owen Wilson says the real estate listings market is the healthiest he has seen in a decade despite lacklustre house price growth and a long period of higher interest rates.
Mr Wilson, who is retiring from the News Corporation-controlled real estate listings giant, said he expected more properties to hit the market in the first three months of the year even as prices faltered in major cities.
