This CEO takes a return to running in her stride
Samantha Hunter, chief executive at Occupational Therapy Australia, had a 40-year break from jogging. Now she has the New York Marathon in her sights. She answers our Time Out Q&A.

Why running? My 2023 New Year’s resolution was to focus on my health. I was a cross-country runner in my youth and thought that going back to running would be a good way to focus on not only my fitness but the benefits of being outside in nature, and getting a run in for my two dogs too.
