China slowdown, inflation hamper Asia’s recovery

Singapore/Jakarta | Rising food and fuel prices and slower growth in China are complicating the post-pandemic recovery in emerging Asia and the Pacific.
The Asian Development Bank has cut its forecast to 4.6 per cent for the region, down from the 5.2 per cent it predicted in April.
