Labor promises review of ‘sidelined’ Infrastructure Australia

A future Albanese Labor government would order an independent review of Infrastructure Australia (IA), saying the advisory body had been “sidelined” by the Coalition government for the past eight years.
Labor would also create a High-Speed Rail Authority to update the business case for a fast train on Australia’s east coast if it were to win next year’s federal election.
