Fully vaccinated NSW residents will enjoy near complete freedoms from next month as the state government continues to work on its reopening road map.

Although regional travel has been delayed, Sydney and the rest of NSW will be reunited on November 1, the same time the state ends quarantine for Australian citizens and residents, and hospitality venues can take uncapped bookings.
