Victoria’s billion dollar lockdown set to end

The Victorian government is internally preparing to lift its lockdown restrictions on Thursday, after a five-day disruption that business groups estimate has cost “well north of $1 billion”.
Business groups are calling for support within the next 24 hours, after the state recorded just two new community cases on Tuesday.
