One in five worried workers won't ask for help

More than 90 per cent of workers are anxious about the economic downturn and four in five are worried about catching or spreading coronavirus.
Research from the Australian HR Institute and The Wellbeing Lab reveals 81 per cent of workers report increased levels of struggle since the start of the year.
