Blind tasting is notoriously difficult. Imagine two glasses of different white wines being placed in front of you. Imagine then being asked to identify what grape variety each is made from, where they come from, and how they were produced – using nothing but your senses of sight, smell and taste.

Even if you’ve been drinking wine for decades, tasting “blind” like this is really tough.
