First, business or economy?
Economy, domestically (unless I get lucky, which does happen occasionally as the Australian Chamber Orchestra is fortunate to have Virgin Australia as our principal partner). Business, internationally as I always hit the ground running, and I find it is a very productive time to get my inbox to zero.
