Futurist and author Christian Kromme says within 10 years, business disruption will be more than 100 times greater than what we're seeing at the moment and it will revolutionise management. In a recent TED talk delivered at France's INSEAD Business School he predicted the rise of the self-conscious organisation and it will present a huge conundrum for governments trying to regulate and compete with these organisations.
